2. Digital Course Purchases

All courses offered by USCCouncil are digital products and provide immediate access upon purchase. By enrolling in a course, you acknowledge that digital content delivery begins instantly.

3. Refund Eligibility

  • Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase.
  • Refunds are only eligible if less than 20% of the course has been accessed or completed.
  • Courses that have been fully completed or certified are non-refundable.

4. Non-Refundable Cases

  • Completed courses or issued certificates
  • Downloadable materials already accessed
  • Violation of Terms & Conditions
  • Bulk, corporate, or group training purchases (unless stated otherwise)

5. Subscription & Promotional Purchases

Courses purchased under promotional pricing, discounts, or special offers are non-refundable unless explicitly stated at checkout.
